"I’ve been here for a little over three years and it’s a nice place to live.🐾 It’s quiet, friendly including the neighbors and doggies, clean, they maintain the property very well consistently, and the maintenance staff are also very friendly. I haven’t had any issues living here. The current property manger and the prior property manager, are my favorite part. they check in with you and they try to make living here pleasant and as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend."

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions at Mill Creek Manor Townhomes! To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents, please review the following pet policies:

  • All applicable pet fees and deposits must be paid in full before bringing a pet into your home.

  • Exotic or non-domestic animals (including monkeys, large birds, farm animals, squirrels, large snakes, and large lizards) are not permitted.

  • Aquariums larger than 15 gallons are prohibited.
