"I’ve been living here for a couple of months now and so far I have zero complaints, and I can’t ever imagine having one. When I first got here, the apartment was in perfect condition, clean and well maintained. Management, specifically Melanie and Sarah, have been very helpful in making sure everything is going well. They went out of their way to check in with me! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are nice. 🐾The walking path makes it ideal for my dog , and the gym is great for when I want a quick workout. Out of all of the apartments I had looked at, this one was by far the nicest and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else."

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions at Dover Run! To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents, please review the following pet policies:

  • All applicable pet fees and deposits must be paid in full before bringing a pet into your home.

  • Exotic or non-domestic animals (including monkeys, large birds, farm animals, squirrels, large snakes, and large lizards) are not permitted.

  • Aquariums larger than 15 gallons are prohibited.
